Schedule Your Service
Tribus Services is a contractor with Fort Wayne City Utilities, and will be servicing your meter. Tribus Services' employees are identifiable by their vehicle, uniform and identification badge which includes the Tribus Services logo.
Provide access to your meter. The area surrounding your meter must be clear and easy for the installer to access.
Be present during service. Someone 18 years or older must be present.
You will need your account number in order to schedule your appointment. Please review this sample water bill with the account number highlighted.
